## 地震预警-倒计时警报 Description
信息来自中国地震预警网。在地震发生时提前几秒到几十秒预警，可自主设置预警触发阈值;可及时查看震中位置、预警震级、预估烈度、预警时间等预警信息;可紧急上传求救信息;支持预警科普、查询预警记录。


功能亮点： 

1【预警服务】

自2011年起提供地震预警服务，成功预警芦山7级强震、鲁甸6.5级地震、九寨沟7级地震、长宁6级地震、山东平原5.5级地震、甘肃积石山6.2级地震等网内所有破坏性地震，用户收到预警合理避险，减少人员伤亡和次生灾害。

2【预警设置】

支持播报策略设置、触发阈值设置
。
3【灾情上传】

地震后，可上传避险反馈、现场灾情险情，应急部门第一时间获取现场情况，以便精准救援。

4【预警科普】

了解预警声音、地震预警科普、预警案例


【VIP会员服务说明】
1.服务获取：VIP会员服务为收费服务，您可以通过支付相应的服务费用购买。
2.服务期限：您的VIP会员服务的服务期限以您自行选择并支付相应会员费用对应的服务期限为准，自您成为VIP会员之时起算，您可以通过登录地震预警App在“我的”页面进行免费查询。
3.订阅服务与价格：
                       地震预警-基础版：连续包年10元/年
                       地震预警-VIP订阅：连续包年16元/年
4.收费方式：VIP会员服务为收费服务，您可通过地震预警 App使用苹果支付完成 VIP会员费用的支付，用户确认购买并付款后计入苹果iTunes支付账户。
5.自动续费：苹果iTunes账户会在到期前24小时扣费，扣费成功后订阅周期顺延一个周期。
6.关闭自动续费：您可以在苹果手机“设置”-->进入“iTunes Store 与 App Store”-->点击“Apple lD”,选择“查看 Apple lD”，进入“账户设置”页面，点击订阅”，管理自动订阅服务，如需取消，每个计费周期结束前 24小时关闭即可，到期前24小时内则不再扣费。
7.费用退还：以苹果iTunes账户退款规则为准
