北港通是北部湾港统一客户服务门户网站—“北港网”的APP，实现北部湾港各港区数据互联互通，实现各个港区使用统一的网上受理网站、车辆预约APP等开展对外客户服务，避免客户数据重复采集、各港区间业务重复办理等问题，进一步提高客户业务办理体验。
