## 飲酒カレンダー！ Description
健康的にお酒と付き合うためには、飲んだお酒の量ではなく摂取した純アルコール量を知ることが重要です。

厚生労働省によると「節度ある適度な飲酒量」は、1日平均純アルコールで約20g程度です。
女性は男性に比べてアルコール分解速度が遅いので、男性の1/2～2/3程度が適当と考えられています。
また、『生活習慣病のリスクを高める飲酒量』を、1日当たりの純アルコール摂取量が男性で40g以上、女性で20g以上と定義しています。
1日当たりの純アルコール摂取量が60g以上だとアルコール依存性のリスクを高めます。

このアプリは、飲酒したお酒を記録することで純アルコール量を計算し、健康的にお酒を飲むために作りました。

飲み会中に、飲んだお酒を入力するので、飲み過ぎを抑えきれそうです。

欲を言うなら、次のお酒までの時間（飲み切る時間）がわかれば、ペースが上がってきているなどわかって、自己抑制ができるかなと思いました。
