小驢駒長照App包含小驢駒小客車租賃有限公司、樂格適小客車租賃有限公司、發隆興小客車租賃有限公司、神同行小客車租賃有限公司四家公司，是可靠、安全、親切的專業車隊，致力於台中市、新北市、台北市、屏東縣、高雄市等地區的長期照顧十年計畫2.0的長照交通接送服務。
由於小驢駒長照是各縣市主管機關核定的特約車隊(如新北市依照新北府衛高字第1080353661號、北市社老字第1093011914號等)，且乘客必須經審核後的長照交通接送服務資格，所以此App需要填寫乘客的身分證、居住地址、手機號碼等個資信息後，才可以叫車，下載前請確認您長照交通接送服務的經審資格、並如實填寫個案信息。
