### *---- "開戶麻煩，客服敷衍"
開戶即時審核，流程進度緩慢，登記資料繁複，指引並不清晰，2月26日申請開戶，收到回覆轉數不能用支付寶中的轉數快，但開戶只講用轉數快進行轉帳，好在只轉了寫明的開戶轉數金額！因為收到客服回覆，不支緩支付寶轉數快，會安排退款給我，並沒有說什麼時候退回！再三查詢先知道要等7-14個工作天，投資的世界每天都在變動，現在一筆金額要做退款這麼久，好在金額數目不是很大！不然做成的損失，不能想像！查詢客服，客服好像趕著下班，說什麼是下班時間要到了，你要求的指示要明天才能回覆，我真的服了！跟某些大型交易APPS真的沒辦法比🙂
