Hi is there a problem with this app? It stopped working for a week or so. Please advice

Seems to have a lot of drivers in shanghai, can usually get a bite faster than other apps. Very happy with it, been using many a year now.

I have been using your app to call taxi for more than a year and it worked well- until the past couple weeks. After I have input the order details, it took a long while to proceed the next screen that shows how many nearby cabs have received the message (I.e. the wheel logo will stay on the screen forever) I have trusted this app for more than a year, pls fix the above problem soon... before my household switched to another app

Lifesaver app in Hong Kong

First time using this app in Hong Kong. After having waited at a Taxi station for more than 15 min, I decided to try this app. Taxi came in 5 min.
