长按播放按钮，就能看到多个实用的跟读设置：
1、跟读模式：循环当页、循环单元、循环课本
2、句子语速：正常、稍慢、很慢
3、翻译开关
4、句子停顿时间
5、优先顺序：录音优先、原音优先
6、涂鸦：随书页显示涂鸦、不随书页显示涂鸦

【录音功能】
长按句子，提示录音：
1、双击句子，播放录音

【涂鸦功能】
点击画笔按钮，进入涂鸦状态：

2、清空：重新开始
