智慧西延是一款物资管理监控平台，可以对工程施工，物资调度进行调度与质量监控。
主要功能模块：
1.拌合楼
通过初中高三级对拌合站超标盘数和超标率进行监控，可以对生产查询数据，超标查询数据，材料核算数据进行监控
2.实验室
里面有理论配合比，原材取样，配比通知单查询，配比通知单审核等模块，主要对工地上各项配比数据进行监控
3.磅房
里面有进出场过磅，不合格委托单清场，发车单查询签收功能。可以对发车单进行扫码签收
4.工程部
主要对施工的各个流程进行综合查询调度。这里可以新增浇筑令，提交-配料-审核-生产整个流程进行操作。可以全方位掌控施工进度
5.料仓
可以对原材料库存进行查询，提供预警查询功能。还可以对不再使用的料仓执行清仓操作
