Steps count doesn't sync with iOS heath app. Necessary app permissions and data sync has been enabled. Inspite of that my steps count doesn't sync with iOS health and fitness apps. Contacted apple and they said, Honor is not in their compatible list. Please work on it and ensure that its compatible with Apple.

I am facing a very serious issue in connecting my smartwatch, my smartwatch honor magic watch 2 is running on old version and it does not have any QR code in it, I can’t be able to connect my smartwatch with manually and by searching also please honor add magic watch 2 option in manual mode i could not be able to connect please resolve this issue asap.

Please update indian honor health app I buy honor GS 3i smart watch from china But indian app can't show this model

Honor Magic Watch 2 is not supported. Please fix it asap.

Watch for need many updates - 1) touch screen to wake wake , 2) can’t open main menu without taping the button because button is so small to it’s not easy to press every time, and 3) music player also not connected to watch easily and 4) continues display on option not available 5) detailed stress management option

Much waited app for iOS .kindly sort out the notification issue.

Initially the watch connected to the app but now its not connecting only.

The app doesn’t list Honor band 6, no way to use my watch post resetting it!

The watch is excellent But, I am not able to add music from IOS. Request you to please give an update. Further, there is no search option in the addition of the contact. Thank you team for your efforts and for making this app.
