まずは、1日のたんぱく質摂取量の目標を設定しましょう！
目的や体重によって必要なたんぱく質摂取量は異なるので、自分にあった目標を設定してください。

●簡単な食事入力
食事を記録すると、その食品は自動的に食品リストに保存されます。
食品リストで食品名を入力することで、今まで保存した食品の中から素早く食品を見つけることができます。

●直近の実績確認する
わかりやすい履歴表示で、目標をどれだけ達成できたかを確認できます。
食事を調整し、目標の達成に向けて軌道修正することができます。
