As a mother of two babies, I was in urgent need of assistance at the checkout, but unfortunately, your employees were not willing to help me and did not fulfill their duties properly. This was a very difficult situation for me, as I had to manage my two babies while trying to bag my items at the same time. The employee seemed disinterested and unengaged, making it clear that they didn't want to serve me or assist me in any way. As a paying customer, I expect to receive good service when I visit your store. It is unacceptable that your employees did not fulfill their duties properly and refused to provide any help or support to me, especially given the circumstances. I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
