西康物资平台是一个对路面施工质量进行实时监控的一体化信息平台。
主要功能模块：
1.拌合站
通过初级高级对拌合站超标盘数和超标率进行监控，通过生产查询，超标查询，材料核算，日生产查询对拌合站各个指标进行监控
2.试验室
本模块包含理论配合比，原材取样试验，配比通知单查询和审核，料仓含水率测试，签到打卡，出场鉴定，监理见证等子功能模块，通过这一系列指标和流程，从而保证工程施工质量
3.磅房
可以查询到进场过磅和出场过磅的列表数据和详情数据，可以对不合格材料进行清场操作，可以对发车单进行查询签收，另外还包括快检录入，料仓测温，粉尘测量功能
4.工程部
主要对施工的各个流程进行综合查询调度。这里可以新增浇筑令，提交-配料-审核-生产整个流程进行操作。可以全方位掌控施工进度
5.料仓
可以对原材料库存进行查询，提供预警查询功能和清仓功能
