“てれあ～く”は、オートロック化ができていない既築マンションのオートロック化を可能にするものです。
インターフォンアプリをダウンロードすることで、集合玄関機と各部屋の所有者のスマートフォンやタブレットがインターネットで直結し、モバイル端末を通じて、来訪者の確認や通話、共同玄関の開錠操作を可能にします。インターネット回線を使用するため、室内インターフォン、マンション内無線ＬＡＮ等の機器は不要です。
スマートフォンやタブレットを持たない部屋や、ネットワーク、スマートフォンの不具合により正常に動作しない場合には、固定電話への代替接続を行い、電話機を通じての開錠操作も可能です。
