本APP主要功能如下：
一是精准计量志愿服务时长。志愿服务组织开展志愿服务时，能够精准定位，签到开始服务，活动期间上传活动图片，结束签退，实现时间精准计量，为给志愿者评星定级打下基础。
二是有效落实各类嘉许礼遇政策。动员社会上衣食住行方方面面的爱心单位，根据不同星级或者级别，给予志愿者等先进典型不同优惠折扣
三是不断累积文明实践基金。从志愿者等先进典型获取的优惠折扣中扣除很小比例的资金作为各级文明实践基金。
四是优化提升点单系统。把点单系统从微信公众号里转到本APP，并进一步在功能上扩展优化。
五是推动学习交流。普及文明实践、志愿服务等基本知识，展现县区情况、外地经验，提升志愿服务专业化水平，推动文明实践工作不断迈上新台阶。
