系統一直無法更新最新的文章，今天更新也只到107年1月18日的文章，想請問App無法獲得最新文章嗎？我很喜歡今周刊的文章，但，已經至少四個月都無法看到最新文章，讓人很失望。請問已經四個月這樣，可以申請退費嗎？可以立即改善嗎？
