有文字讲解，还可以看视频，就是视频清晰度差点，但是app设计的很好
非常好的app
很少写赞，这个必须要赞一个。对比了很多八段锦的app，这个是最通俗易懂的，便于学习，很方便。唯一的小缺点，师傅是香港人，讲的粤语，听着有些费劲…
