通过“7.2.1” 模式，利用物联网、移动互联网、图像识别等技术，通过建立城市物联网消防远程监控系统，对消防安全重点单位、老旧社区、高层建筑、九小场所等重点防控对象的联网消防设备设施、消防水源、重点区域和部位等进行远程实时集中监测，实现隐患实时掌控、责任依法落实，按照国务院深化监管模式的要求，建立全区消防监督管理一单两库，通过信息化手段全面落实双随机一公开要求，建立火灾识别、隐患追踪、安全监控等模型，实现对数据的动态追踪、转换和挖掘分析，高效支撑社会火灾防控、公众消防服务等应用。
