I can’t open this app on my iPhone whenever I’m trying to open it’s showing invalid number...but it’s working on other social networking apps

The status problem
Whenever I want to change my status (what's up) it gives a message "invalid characters entered, edit and try again" ! I'm keep editing and trying and nothing changed!!!! Also it is very short we want to write more! 30 letters are not enough. SOLVE THAT PROBLEM PLEASE. Wechat very bad Help service. Always no response.
