Live Chat Services
There is no live chat services being provided to assist with issues arising. People nearby has been deactivated by Wechat Admin since early December 2018. A few messages sent but never response.
Need update!
People nearby cant see me at all. Very disappointed
Simply simple
I love it. It's simple. Even my friends love it. The stickers are the selling point. Most of them are hilarious.

Customer service. Where you at? :(
Okay. It's a great apps. The thing is, I deactivated my account last month and trying to register new account today but an error occur - stating my phone number registered this month and cannot register repeatedly. I couldn't find a proper customer service to ask regarding this situation. Basically they do have "contact" section and it's too complicated - developer contact, official accounts contact, etc. MY POINT IS, instead of using "hot question", please do also prepare customer service where it's easy for customer to ask DIRECT questions. Thank you.
