I downloaded the app, because I am visiting China. In the beginning I really liked the app and I would even give 5 stars. It is easy to add people and the communication is going smoothly. But after my account was blocked, (to be more specific, it is blocked even now, while I am in China) for 1 week,for unknown reasons, it is totally USELESS. I don’t know if the reason is just because I was flying to another city, but I can’t even accept requests from suppliers or make an order, while I am in China. 😒 It would be nice, if you lower the blocked time of an account or make an option where people can unblock their account faster on their own. It would be also helpful to tell people the reason why they are blocked or what they did wrong, not just to write „due to unusual login activity…“ 😐

Do NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
Do not download this app!!! Horrible experience. My account got blocked immediately due to "suspicious registration" and I've gotten no response from tech support to sort this issue out. Based on how many other terrible ratings I see describing the same problem, I'm assuming this company has insufficient tech support because nobody including myself is getting a response from them to get the issue resolved.
Absolute trash
This application is absolute trash. I feel sorry about everyone who have to use it, because they are traveling to China or they must contact someone through it. First of all there is problem with the application on Android. It doesn’t allow you to make registration because you need the last version. And you can’t download the last version neither from the App Store nor their official website. ( I tried both a few times) And it seems that this is a known problem for at least a month and they are not doing anything to fix it. So I decided to download it on my IPhone. The registration took so long, because of the loading screens and in the end it doesn’t allowed me to enter. I would never tried to fix it so hard, if I didn’t needed it for work. So my advice is: if you don’t need it urgently for something and you value your time, don’t download it. There are plenty of different applications that are better.
