Ridiculous
Me and my fiancée got the app to be able to communicate while she’s visiting China. But I immediately got locked out of my account because of ‘suspicious activity’ or ‘using unsanctioned plugins’ or something. What the..? Unsanctioned? What? And now I can only unlock my account if another user of at least 6 months confirms my identity. But I don’t know any other users besides my fiancée! And what’s wrong with simply sending me a code over email or text message? This is plain stupid and annoying.
