你买了98的会员之后也不能用，客服也不退，会再让你买三百多的年卡，纯粹的骗子软件

此软件存在欺骗行为，98元开通，我以为就可以用了，当我开通之后，提示再开通高级会员才能查看，请问98元开通的意义何在？是不是存在欺骗行为

通过虚假广告宣传可以通过输入号码定位，然后引导要花钱，开会员后又并不能定位，然后立马申请退款，明明显示7-15工作日退回，结果一直不处理，甚至记录都没了，电话没空号打不通，反正就是骗人的垃圾软件
