1. 申請會員後未收到密碼簡訊？
申請會員後，您應在3~5分鐘內收到簡訊通知。如未收到，可能是您的電話門號設定了「拒收商務訊息」。請解除該設定後再試。
2. 查無會員資料？
為保護個資安全，僅彰基患者可使用會員服務。請確保您在彰基總院加入會員，並於總院登入，否則可能出現查無會員資料的訊息。
如遇功能使用問題，請利用APP內的「反應APP問題」功能，直接聯繫開發人員協助排除問題。

真的很糟糕以前都可以直接換另一個人的名字，看他的掛號時間跟日期現在全部都不行還要再重新輸入這樣造成很麻煩的時間那這個App等於有用跟沒有用是一樣的
