Loved the previous version. Everything you could need or want in a calculator with an easy to read full screen and manageable history tape that you could easily compare to previous computations. 
Then some idiot decided to improve it. 
Small screen only uses one third of screen. Can only view about two previous computations if they are short. Doing long figures you have to scroll and continuously scroll and easy to lose work and place. 
The older version was much better to use. They tried to add bells and whistles where none was needed.

We all have our special interests. As an engineer and entrepreneur, one of mine is calculators. I long ago lost track of all the calculators I’ve tried. I only buy maybe one out of 10-20 that I try. This is the ONE calculator that I chose to put on my iPhone’s Lock Screen as my main Go-To calculator. 

I really appreciate everything about the calculator, but most of all, I appreciate that it is NOT a subscription! I didn’t hesitate to pay for it because we all deserve to be paid for our efforts. As a fellow software developer, I have refused to offer my software on a subscription basis. 

I respect and appreciate fellow developers who offer a good value to consumers. I hope the developer of this excellent software makes lots of money by offering a great calculator at a reasonable price.

I use this in place of the default calculator app and it’s incredible. Will likely pay for it just to support the creator. Clean, native looking design, displays equations while being written, and allows for changes to an equation during writing. Win-win-win!

I would really appreciate the ability to edit in the middle of what I have already typed. Additionally, the extra functions placed at the top of the screen can be annoying, especially as I use them often. It would be nice if the waffle button swapped out the basic calculator for an advanced one so we can use functions more quickly without them blocking the view of our history.
