智慧觀議課是一種非正式、非評鑑的課室觀察方式，透過短暫快速、經常性、結構化、有焦點的觀察，蒐集班級中課程教學與學習的資料，並在走察之後，就所觀察到的資料，由觀課人員與教師進行後續的省思會談，共同討論並給予教師回饋與建議，進而改進班級的教學實務。
