Useless bad app

I have huawei freebuds 6i I just bought it recently and I'm regretting buying it unfortunately the sound quality is terrible no bunchy bass as they advertised and the sound is flat like you bought a cheap buds even the cheaper buds has a great bass than their buds but when it comes to mic and ANC in it's so amazing the problem here in the app the eq is not even work like not effective at all and there's no difference between ANC on or off it's all the same thing the Spatial Audio option is not there as written in the last update log and you can't even change the controls as you want I think the buds are just a scam even this app Anker is way waaaay better

Every time telling me switch country/exit/ or switch account I tried all without any success!!!!!!!
