根据《中华人民共和国动物防疫法》《重大动物疫情应急条例》《国家突发重大动物疫情应急预案》《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好非洲猪瘟防控工作的通知》（国办发明电〔2018〕12号）等规定，为做好非洲猪瘟疫情防控工作,为防止非洲猪瘟等传染疫病的传播，需要对生猪运输车辆进行备案和管理，对车辆信息进行登记，审核，并对车辆的实时位置进行监控，记录车辆行驶轨迹，确保车辆时按照产地检疫的预定路线行驶，从而有效防控疫病的传染。本App提供车辆备案，承运人注册，承运人录入生猪运输信息，建立运输台账,运输起始地，结束地点，轨迹详细记录，对比轨迹与检疫证上的路线是否一致，App的使用群体是广西壮族自治区内的广大生猪运输车辆承运人和动物监督管理部门。

用起来比之前的软件方便很多，但是也有需要改进地方。
有BUG希望修复
打开轨迹，没有返回功能，然后车辆审核记录也没了，很多功能进去后没有返回功能了
