每刻档案由杭州每刻科技有限公司开发，为企业提供业财税一体化、无纸化解决方案，覆盖电子档案全生命周期管理，符合国家关于电子文件归档的相关规定。
每刻档案为业务层和档案层双层架构，在业务层做数据采集，通过对接银企直连、ERP、开票系统等企业业财系统，全量拉取业务数据，保存关联关系，免去人工整理的繁琐工序；
档案层提供完整生命周期管理流程，做为信息收口，承担数据共享、影像共享、档案共享的中台作用，发挥档案系统价值。
