TickTick:Takenlijst & Kalender

This app combines my Outlook (work) and iCal (private) calenders and is life changing in doing so in an integrated way. I love the task manager, allowing for full integration with my calenders. I am desperately waiting for fuller integration with Apple, so that the tasks are fulled synced with (instead of imported from) the Apple task manager. Easier creation of appointments (instead of tasks) in the Calender view and syncing with the Outlook and iCal servers would also be great. Still, already the app provides a wonder of organisation for me.

I’ve learned that through the lists I can color code tasks, however I can’t recolor the shared agenda plans imported from google. I’m visually really sensitive so it all feels very chaotic now. Its great that it shows googles appointments though, I just need the shared agenda feature and be able to color code it, and make new appointments for those shared agenda’s. I love the tasks managing tools though, so it would be a great match if just those first points were possible and easy.

Best app I have found for productivity. But there are some bugs/errors in the app, which even after giving feedback about it, won’t be solved. Some bugs have been here for more than 2 years!!! They also won’t do anything with your feature requests, so don't bother. Eventhough this is the best app I found, I can't recommend it to anyone because of the terrible support. I already raised every bug to the developers and they keep repeating the same message. 2 years later “we are still looking into it”

I tried a lot of todo apps but I’ve found none like ticktick. The smoothness of the app, the 2-way google calendar sync it just works. It gives a well structured overview of all your tasks and appointments. Well done!

App functions ok and does what is expected, except when I mark a task complete or postpone it on the lockscreen through a notification, all notifications for other tasks also disappear.

I absolutely ADORE this app, for real. It was all I needed 🥹🥹🥹 now I’m way more functional and I can get my tasks done faster. Thank you for your work and for providing us with this amazing tool for productivity 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Eindelijk een app waar alles inzit dat ik nodig heb. Todo list, eisenhower matrix, pomodoro mogelijkheid. Todo’s kunnen ook vastgezet worden naar terugkerende onderwerpen. Wanneer ik iets verkoop, hoef ik alleen de verkoop-verstuur lijst terug te pakken en ik kan niets vergeten in het proces. Deze app is zijn geld dubbel en dwars waard.
