クレジットカードの2段階認証でブラウザに飛んだ後にアプリに戻るとエラーが出ます。
その後、再度予約をしようとすると予約重複のエラーで予約ができません。
大学生でももう少しましなアプリ作れます。

PayPayでの支払いをお勧めします。

アプリが出来て嬉しいのに、マイページなどを開こうとすると、なかなか開かず、ずっとグルグルしている。
結局アプリではなくサイトでログインする始末。
近頃、いろいろな会社のHPを酷似して作成している詐欺などがよくあるので、そのために出来るだけアプリでログインし、詐欺にかからないようにしているのでとても困る。至急対応してほしいです。

空席があるのに。
翌朝やってもダメ。

本当に予約はわかりやく、取りやすく良いです。
でも予約内容の確認や乗車証の確認がグルグルして見れない時がすごく凄く困ります。
どうしてもぐるぐるが解消出来ず本当に困ります。
ぐるぐるして乗車時間の確認が出来ず2回ほどバス逃しました。

ブラウザでセキュリティやメールアドレスの変更を行うとアプリではログインできなくなり、ログアウトもできなくなる。
ログインできなくなったら再ログインできるように改善してほしい。
