仰止是一款结合专注计时、坐姿提醒与颈椎活动训练的应用，帮助你在学习和工作中保持更稳定的注意力，也更关注自己的身体感受。

用清晰、安静的节奏帮助你进入专注状态，建立更稳定的学习与工作习惯。

• 低头与坐姿提醒
在专注过程中识别低头过久等不良姿态，并及时提醒，减少长时间低头带来的颈部压力。

• 颈椎活动小游戏
通过头部动作进行互动，让休息不只是停下来，也真正带动颈部活动，缓解久坐后的僵硬感。
