无法登陆，邮件询问无音讯
自从两个月前第一次登陆递交申请表和缴费之后就再也没办法第二次登录进去，人脸识别通过了也不给登录成功，一直卡机。打电话问客服，客服说要补材料而且必需通过app来上传材料，让我发邮件询问登录的问题，发了邮件两周了也没有人回复。现在我的申请就一直卡着没有任何解决方案！实在没有别的办法才在这里发帖，求帮助！！！
terrible user experience
永远的网络异常请稍后再试 验证码永远显示无效 如果是密码输入错误导致账户冻结24小时为什么不直接告知用户等待而是显示网络异常？

没有比这再差的app了，一直都是网络异常，啥也不是
App does not work
If you’re going to mandate that all affairs be handled in the app, please make an app that actually works. My passport registration has been in limbo for 2 weeks now because the app stopped working. 质量差服务差
Nice service, terrible app
Though the service is quick and staff are nice. The app is terrible. There are too many bugs, simple bugs. I highly doubt that the app was properly tested before release.

没事整出个app几乎完全是不可用发状态。不是收不到验证码就是网络异常。没事给人添乱
无法上传照片
2.4版照片上传界面空白，导致无法上传照片，急死人。
Can’t log in
莫名其妙被log out之后怎么也无法log in。每次都显示网络异常。验证码也没用。第一次显示网络异常，第二次就变成验证码错误。this is so frustrating. 整个app里也找不到可以联系解决技术问题的方式
