No Arabic language

Not supporting the medial east for example there is no Arabic language in the option

I want to add Arabic to this program, because I am from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and I have this device and an old company like Philips should support the Arabic language in the Middle East. Also, all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia should be added to the weather. Example Cities, Dammam City, Khobar City, Jubail City. I hope to solve this problem.
