I had maps and everything saved including preferences. First time using the updated app and all of that was there one moment, then when I told it to vacuum it deleted all the information I had saved. Very frustrating. Also in the app on my iPhone the top buttons are positioned too high on my screen to be able to be touched. Please fix this. Very frustrating
Used to be a great app, but since the server change I can’t view recorded footage, even after cancelling, waiting for subscription period to end, then resubscribing as instructed. Waste of money and they don’t reply to help requests. Will be finding a new camera and service.

After last hardware update robot behaves weird, with instructions to clean up the area it goes to and off the station instead, no cleaning.
We use Xiaomi Home app for Robot vacuum. It is impossible to use the top menu on right or the back navigation button on top left on IPhone. You hit the correct, invisible spot, once in 100 tries. This app is very annoying to use. I’m surprise how Apple allowed this to be released before proper testing.
Issue with app on iPhone 15 You can’t add a device, even by scanning WR. I checked the wifi it’s on, it just won’t work
Pretty much never review apps but this is so bad. Trying to create account is like pulling teeth. Constantly get invalid email error with a perfectly valid email. Try sign up with Apple account, it gets to an email verification prompt, which you never receive. Was finally able to use my Google account (which signs you in to a random Google Cloud Platform project, instead something with an actual name). Finally make it into the app and the + button for adding a new device does not function.. at all. So my smart scale is now just.. a scale. Horrible app, will mot be using any Xiaomi product going forward if they can happily release something this bad and unprofessional.
Why?! Why do you need my phone number, just so you can sell it?! You don’t need so much just for me to use my own VACUUM!!!!!?!??

It logged me out and won’t let me sign in. If I try to sign up it say email taken. I have my password save but in case that’s wrong, i clicked forget password but no email reset comes through even in spam
