Logged me out and won’t let me sign in
It logged me out and won’t let me sign in. If I try to sign up it say email taken. I have my password save but in case that’s wrong, i clicked forget password but no email reset comes through even in spam
App does not fit within iPhone 15 Dynamic Island Screen
This is the 5th update to the app where the developers have still not fixed the issue of the GUI and buttons at the top of the screen to ‚go back‘ or go into ‘more settings’ being in the out of bounds area underneath the phone battery percentage indicator and the clock in the top left corner on the iPhone 15. Surely the simplest of UAT would have caught this issue? Please fix it, it’s frustrating as anything having to click a million times to try and get the back button to work on the single clickable pixel of it that isn’t covered by the phone’s clock.

Bad quality - too many flaws
I upgraded to a iPhone Pro Max and the back and 3-dot buttons cannot be used. You must kill the app and start all over again. How can you provide an app without testing in common platforms?! Update: Looks like this won’t be fixed! Reported it almost an year ago and still cannot do a lot of things in the app because of that.
Please Fix
On the Iphone 15 pro and pro max you cannot use the top corner menu buttons, id assume this is also present in the 14 pro and pro max series, very good app otherwise, Please fix 🙏

为啥越更新越回去了 原来还能横屏 现在咋不行了啊啊啊啊 就刚刚点开的时候可以横屏 退出监控之后就开始竖屏 不行啊这 不方便
Functional but breaks with each upgrade
With every upgrade something breaks. The last version now prevents App control when the phone is connected to the same LAN or Wifi, needing to disconnect from the Wifi and access via the mobile network. There is also no English support page to log bugs or defects. And no DNS which may need to be in an allow (whitelist) for a router or PiHole equivalent.
Pitch black at night
The night vision in the camera settings does not work as you cannot see anything during the night. It is pitch black. I turned it off and still pitch black at nights. I have another brand is working perfectly with and without the night vision. Whatever is the issue pls fix. T
Plu/sadd button does not work
When you are trying to add a device , plus button on the top right corner does not work on iOS 17.4.1 iPhone 14
