Happy but not happy
In general the app allows me to check all the cameras that I have in different homes, shared with other users as well. My main issue is that a lot of the times the playback is not possible, even though I see it there and it doesn’t allow me to go through the videos. Another issue, and maybe my biggest one, is that I do not receive any push notifications. I have tried everything, changing the phone settings, the app settings, the region, everything… but unfortunately I still don’t receive any. Now, users of Android phones receive push notifications normally. What is the deal with that?

Hello, you support is not answering on several request, and cloud (was paid), not provide more 1 months records. Terrible service.
Super bug for iPhone users
The app for iPhone has a bug - the screen is not scaled for iPhone screen :))) I cannot set up keep warm time and any other functions like schedules as they’re located somewhere “behind” the screen and there’s no scroller implemented. Did you even QA’d the last update of the App for iPhone on iPhone?!

Some bugs
1) When I change region for my account in one device. It didn’t change it in another device or it didn’t ask me to login again. Just because it is the same account this behaviour is strange 2) when I change region I lost a device maybe it is okey:)
Broke work with camera…again.
in this version, the work with the smart camera s400 was broken again. The camera just stopped working outside the local network. in version 8.7.201 everything was fine
