Automatic Time Schedule not functioning
Since 9 Jan 2025, the time schedule function to automatically switch on/off smart light bulbs/table lights does not function. Have to switch on/off manually via Apps. Please rectify asap

auto in-off is not function
after update the newest version,the auto on-off setting is not working anymore already reset wifi but still facing same issue
Issues of disconnecting
I have been using this for a while but lately too much issue with disconnecting with my home WiFi and need to reset almost everyday, very hassle
SERIOUS ISSUES NEED ATTENTION
if possible please add additional fan speed in-between low- mid and mid- high Air purifier 4. CCTV rotation delay too much.. it won't stop just 1tap , 1tap on screen rotation delay 2second to stop and can't get the accurate position. Robot vacuum are definitely a boom boom cart/ bumper go cart.. poor sensor, the whole body itself just scratch and light damage. Smart pet feeder statistics need to check 1by1, should list up every day for easy comparison
Laggy and buggy
The UI has been difficult to use off the get go, if you have a robot and you need it to clean multiple floors, it's a hassle to reset the map each time and recalibrate in order for the robot to actually clean. It also takes a few minutes just for the map to load---- sometimes even up to 10 minutes! I might as well start mopping myself. App sometimes also takes 5 minutes just to load on the main page... I don't know why is it so laggy. App logged me out for no reason, and when I used the correct password, it refused to let me log in. It took me 2 days just to reset the password too as it kept saying that I put in the wrong password. Their products are good, but the app is terrible. Seriously considering changing to a different ecosystem instead.
