Terrible App
Amateur app. No floor plan/room selection available for the “Xaiomi Robot Vacuum Cleaner Wet and Dry”. Also, you write a msg to the help centre, no one replies. Terribly upset by this app.

Horrible app from one week alert doesn’t work, customer service doesn’t exist
Not able to send push notifications ... please fix!!
The latest version of the app is not sending notifications, hence I won’t be aware if alarm is triggered or whether xiaomi roborock s50 is ready from cleaning.
