تطبيق فاشل
يوجد مشاكل كثير في الاجهزة واتصالها بالانترنت سوف اقوم ب اعادتها للمورد لن اتعامل معكم مجدداً خدمة العملاء لا يقومون بالرد على الايميلات ومن المفترض ان يكون هنالك محادثات حية ٢٤ ساعة على مدار اليوم ياللفشل

I can't watch the cameras if I'm outside my house and connected to another network .. This is very annoying .. A month ago I had a Huawei device and I was using the same application but it was downloaded from Google Play and it was working fine .. This application does not work well on iPhones ..Annoying
Bogus! Forcing to subscribe for cloud storage!
Why are you forcing customers to subscribe on your cloud storage? We have memory card for it and if we choose the SD card you're CCTV camera will always notify and force us to aubrribe!!! We bought the CCTV camera as it is!! We don't need your freakin cloud!! Stop scamming!!
