This device is amazing because we are going to travel and it’s really truly the best camera for watching our cats while we’re gone

only Chinese language

does not support other languages, only chinese

Sound is distorted

After a year, both my cctv mics are distorted when you listen to the video on your phone. Good for just a year.

Fix it

Please fix the camera with an update. My camera is blind on night. The night vision stopped with last update. Please fix it

Waste of time

Cloud playback is waste of time

I couldn’t able to add device

In MI home app, am trying add device by tapping the + button on right side top but the button is not working. I tried by reinstalling the app even though the issue is not resolved.

Taking money

I purchase the iCloud storage, got charge 12 aed, app did not update the purchase still ask me to pay every time. Made a few complaints on the app no one came to me, to activate the service or to return the money. Such a shame
