巡查人員可透過智慧型手機的GPS定位，即時得知目前所在位置附近的今日施工及緊急施工施工案件。另外也可以透過申挖編號、許可證編號或QRCODE等方式進行案件查詢，若發現查無挖掘資料，可拍照後將現地位置座標及照片回傳系統舉發。除此之外，也可以進行路權機關查核工程案件之照片拍攝與查核表填寫等現地查核作業，填寫完成後照片與資料立即回傳系統。
