案件ごとに顧客情報、物件情報などを一括管理でき、その情報をクラウド上に保存しているため、スマートフォン、PCからいつでもどこでも確認、共有することができます。
ー工程表・写真・図面・資料管理
アップロードされた最新の工程表や写真などがクラウド上に保存されているため情報共有がスムーズになります。
工程表も工程、担当者ごとに分類ができ、誰がいつまでに対応するかが一目でわかる一覧表になっています。
ーメンバー
各工程の会社をメンバーに追加することができるので、複数の建設・建築会社が入っているときでも一括で情報共有することができます。
ーチャット
案件ごとにチャットが紐付いているので、案件情報、工程表を確認しながら連絡を取り合うことができます。そのためメールよりも情報伝達がスムーズに行きます。
ー日報報告
各作業内容の開始・終了を現場から報告することが、現場管理者の方もその日の進捗状況をきちんと把握できます。
