Can’t Sing up
When i try to sign up by input my phone no. There’s no msg sent and there’s pop msg show that “you have exceed the maximum request times of verification code, please try tomorrow” since the first time i request. But how many times/many days i try, i still cannot sign up. Please support. Does this means, someone already tried using my phone no ?

Can't use the app. “Please check your network connection and try again" even though the internet is normal
I can’t log back in
Dear Weibo International, I can’t log back in. I keeps trying for several days already. I’m sure that my phone number and my password is right. But it keeps saying in Chinese which can be translated as “The number of times the verification code has been obtained has exceeded the limit, please use another method to verify”. So basically the system refuse to send me verification code, may I ask why? Even if I used to always logged in and logged out. It’s my habit of using the app. I didn’t do anything wrong. And why the verification code is needed to be sent every time to be able to login? And why just putting in the right phone number and password is not enough? This is really giving me such a hard time. Could you please fix this? Thank you.
