為一款綜合靜觀練習的遊戲程式。 整個遊戲程式發展分為三個階段，每個階段會設計出一款符合該階段主題的手機應用程式，以完善整套程式發展。
第一，二階段的遊戲程式協助用家透過程式內置的繪圖/填色/音樂及圖像功能，按自己的個別需要，自行設定適合環境，以進行不同的靜觀繪圖/靜觀填色及冥想練習。為鼓勵同方便用戶分享及下載更多畫作及持續建位靜觀練習習慣，程式包括 (1)「繪圖市場」及 (2) 「目標設定」。透過嘗試及持續進行靜觀練習，用家可以學習及提昇對自身的覺察，學習與不同的情緒，想法及身體狀況相處，將有助有效調節自己的情緒，達致「智應對」逆境的效果。
此版本為第三階段的遊戲程式。除了維持第一，二階段程式的功能，用戶可以透過上載及下載畫作與其他程式用家分享作品，賺取積分，並在此版本新設的「用戶資訊」裡，利用積分換取額外程式工具/功能。用家亦可在「用戶資訊」中查閱自己的使用程式資訊及瀏覽更多不同的畫作，進一步豐富整體用家體驗。
