## 燕塘乳业 Description
广东燕塘乳业股份有限公司是目前广东本土唯一的乳制品上市企业，作为华南地区的行业领头羊，2015年燕塘乳业在广州经济技术开发区永和经济区投资建设日产600吨乳品生产基地项目。该项目占地面积49817平方米，总建筑面积共74548.1平方米。单体建筑分别为：综合楼、巴氏奶车间、常温奶车间、公用工程车间、污水处理站。本项目采用国际先进工艺，引进利乐、康美包、斯科托等国内外一流设备，建成达产后生产能力将达到19.8万吨/年，是一个智能化、节能环保的现代示范工厂。同时，该项目被评为广东省食品放心工程示范基地。随着新厂的建成，燕塘巴氏奶的产量将会实现极大的提升，这对于燕塘冷链是一个非常大的挑战。

       乳制品从工厂到消费者手中需要经过以下几个阶段：
（1）按照片区的订单，用大容量冷藏车把乳制品从生产企业运送到配送中心；
（2）根据销售点订单，划分不同配送线路，根据需求量选择合适的小容量冷藏车把乳制品从配送中心运送至多个销售点；
（3）到达销售点后，乳制品从冷藏车上卸下，由销售点自行放入其冷藏设备；
（4）消费者从销售点的冷藏设备中购买乳制品。

       为了满足消费者对于产品日益严格的质量安全要求，本项目拟建立复杂温度情景模式下的乳制品质量监控参数模型，以此为基础，开发乳制品智能冷链物流系统；对乳制品冷链物流全过程进行数据采集，并对乳制品冷链物流质量进行监控、预警和控制。在最大程度的保证巴氏奶质量的同时，提升冷链配送的效率。
