고객은 간단하게 접속번호를 입력하고 연결을 누르는 것만으로 편리하게 원격 지원을 받을 수 있습니다. 

이 모든 동작은 고객의 동의하에 수행됩니다.

 
간단한 사용방법:
1) 앱을 다운로드하여 설치한 후 실행하십시오.
2) 상담원에게 받은 접속번호를 입력한 후 연결을 누르십시오.
3) 상담원과 원격연결 후 필요한 지원을 받습니다.
4) 원격지원 완료 후 종료합니다.


main function:
- You can easily connect with a counselor by entering a 4-digit number.
- Automatically transmits screen capture images of the device in real time
- Ability to view pre-prepared web pages together with a counselor
- Talk to an agent through familiar text conversations
- Provides a function that allows counselors to use the drawing function on screen capture images to provide assistance
- Real-time screen sharing with a counselor only on the remote support app screen
- Ability for agents to check and assist with information and system status of remote support devices in real time

Customers can conveniently receive remote support by simply entering the access number and pressing connect.

All these actions are carried out with the consent of the customer.

 
Simple usage:
1) Download and install the app and run it.
2) Enter the access number you received from the agent and press Connect.
3) Receive the necessary support after connecting remotely with a counselor.
4) It ends after completing remote support.
