这几年仪征市建设了一系列的政府应用软件系统，这些应用软件在政府各部门中都有着广泛和长期的应用需求，目前各系统只运行在PC电脑端，随着智能终端的普及，为了进一步提高了办公和应用的效率，因此把PC平台功能延伸至主流智能终端上使用，主要包含：中国仪征门户网站、仪征论坛,为了简化用户操作和统一入口，需要把以上几个系统的功能整合在终端APP的统一平台里，用户只要安装一个APP软件包，即可以根据自已的应用权限进行相应功能的使用。
