雑談しただけで、カウント開始。お店が出来ていなくても一回会ったタイミングで、オープンまで2ヶ月あっても採用扱い。オープン直前に辞められたら、採用金丸々持って行かれる仕組み。オープン前採用の方は気を付けて下さい。勤務開始カウント始まってしまうと、オープン前でも容赦なく返金期間の延長はありません。
