Huawei kids watches are capable of calling, locating, and chatting, and help record all of your child's memorable moments!
The HUAWEI FamCare app provides the following features when used with your watch:
HD calling: Allows your child to make HD calls with family and friends saved in Contacts anytime and anywhere. The Block strangers feature is enabled by default to prevent your child from getting unwanted calls.
Video calling: Allows your child to make video calls with family and friends at any time.
Multi-factor positioning: Provides positioning based on satellites, networks, and multiple auxiliary methods to help you find out your child's location in real time.
Class time mode: Only allows your child to view the time, call admins, and make emergency calls to prevent your child from being distracted in class.
Fun chats: Provides a wide range of audio and images for real-time chats for your child to keep in touch with their friends.
Safe zones: Allows you to set safe zones and be informed throughout the day when your child enters or exits the safe zones.
Footprint records: Allows you to find out about which routes your child has taken based on the locations reported by the watch over the past seven days.
Making friends: Provides the feature of shaking to add friends for your child to make calls and chat with friends.

Недопустимые ошибки
Очень долго иногда определяет местонахождение, иногда по 15-20 минут! Не всегда приходят уведомления о том, что ребенок покинул безопасную зону! Это недопустимые ошибки! Да, иногда работает хорошо, но не всегда!
Не отправляется
Не отправляется фото на часы, приложение «вылетает», раньше такого не было
Не приходят сообщения на часы и с часов
У ребенка часы и когда он отправляет сообщения оно не отражаются в приложении, а когда я отправляю через приложение ребенку они приходят, но не загружаются. Ранее такой проблемы не было. Решите пожалуйста вопрос
Не отправляются сообщения
Началось все это с 09.01.2024. Как только пытаюсь отправить голосовое сообщение ребенку на часы меня выбрасывает из программы!! Сообщения с часов мне также не приходят! Пожалуйста исправьте ошибку!

Не отображаются сообщения от ребенка в приложении. Уведомления приходят, но сообщения и не видно. Еще нельзя отправить из приложения голосовое сообщение на часы.
Не открывается руководство
начала пользоваться и уже косяк. Не открывается руководство пользователя, пишет нет интернете, но он точно есть. Одни плохие отзывы на приложение. Вам плевать на пользователей? Займитесь уже приложением или смените программиста
Становится хуже и хуже
Местоположение определяет настолько приблизительно, что в нашем случае не понятно где ребенок находится: дома или в школе Ребенок присылает сообщения, но у меня они не отображаются вообще!!!
No messages from watches in App
I had push notifications, but couldn’t see it in the app. Please fix it!
Communication section is very bad
I can receive push, go to the app and NEVER see message in the chat!
