El reloj bueno, aplicación muy mala
Lenta, las notificaciones llegan como con una hora de desfase, poco intuitiva. El reloj es bueno, pero las video llamadas no duran mucho dado que el reloj se calienta.

The HUAWEI FamCare app provides the following features when used with your watch:
HD calling: Allows your child to make HD calls with family and friends saved in Contacts anytime and anywhere. The Block strangers feature is enabled by default to prevent your child from getting unwanted calls.
Video calling: Allows your child to make video calls with family and friends at any time.
Multi-factor positioning: Provides positioning based on satellites, networks, and multiple auxiliary methods to help you find out your child's location in real time.
Class time mode: Only allows your child to view the time, call admins, and make emergency calls to prevent your child from being distracted in class.
Fun chats: Provides a wide range of audio and images for real-time chats for your child to keep in touch with their friends.
Safe zones: Allows you to set safe zones and be informed throughout the day when your child enters or exits the safe zones.
Footprint records: Allows you to find out about which routes your child has taken based on the locations reported by the watch over the past seven days.
Making friends: Provides the feature of shaking to add friends for your child to make calls and chat with friends.

Se desconecto el reloj en la aplicación
No puedo volver a conectar el reloj , sale no tiene conexión internet
Lenta y poco intuitiva
La aplicación es lenta y poco intuitiva. En algunas partes se encuentra mal traducida o aparece en chino. No deja cambiar o borrar las recompensas. El reloj muy bien, pero la aplicación muy mal. Ojalá mejore.
Mala configuración
El chat es muy malo y no dejar que converse con sus contactos y tampoco puedo realizar video llamas porque dice que la sim podría tener costos adicionales
No se cargan los mensajes
Estamos conectados en teléfono y reloj, pero los mensajes si bien se notifican, no se pueden abrir, es como que no terminan de descargar, pero a la persona que lo envía le aparece leído. Alguna solución?
No recomiendo
Todo ok hasta que tuve que cambiarle el chip y se hizo una actualización y listo ya no llama no recibe llamadas y presenta mucha intermitencia en sus funciones. 3 semanas de reloj. Mal producto y caro.

No está funcionando
Los mensajes suenan que llegan pero no llega nada de lo que se envía y cuando logra llegarle algo no avisa que ya lo leyó. La verdad la app y el reloj de niños era maravilloso hasta que comenzó a fallar eso. Tampoco funciona el mapa satelital
No llegan los mensajes
Al principio llegan bien, después sale que llego un mensaje y al meterse no hay nada. Lo desinstale y volví a instalar pero pasa lo mismo.
