網路購買商品，頁面呈現贈肉條一包，結果收到貨時卻把贈品劃掉，去電詢問說是電腦有誤，我說電腦有誤是貴公司的事，與消費者無關，且電腦的錯誤導致消費者權益受損，如何處理？只是一昧的說道歉卻沒有實際的補償或轉圜方式，最後我要再加購一包然後送一包，卻又說促銷已過，這種客服真是無言，還是主管階級的教育訓練，太糟糕👎了！
